We developed Brand & Marketing Strategies, implemented the campaign and provide ongoing marketing consulting.

  • Board, stakeholder and Council of Governors consultation in development of Brand and Marketing Strategies

  • Project manage market research to establish WA community perceptions of the YMCA
  • Implementation support provided to Senior Management Group and across all Program areas
  • Established marketing processes and introduced key suppliers to support marketing
