Ascot Capital and WACA (JVPs)

We helped market an iconic apartment building.

Objectives:

To sell the 150 new apartments for an iconic development on the hallowed WACA grounds.

Process:

We worked with both joint venture partners, the investors and the WACA, to develop a series of marketing materials to be used by the appointed sales agent. We created websites, brochures, a sales office within the WACA ground for high profile matches, and press campaigns in both business and sports sections, locally and nationally.

Outcomes:

Most of the apartments have pre-sold.
