Karen Rhodes

I have over 25 years of experience in the industry, both in Sydney and in Perth. I was General Manager of an WA advertising and marketing agency for 7 years where I managed and mentored large teams and had the responsibility for the agency’s entire billings. I then moved to a larger leading Perth Agency as Group Account Director on several blue chip clients for 8 years. I have also been a member of the Australian Direct Marketing Association executive committee, including 3 years as President.

With extensive experience and knowledge across all media, I have a strong focus on results. I believe in a pragmatic approach to help a brand reach its true potential.

I am a passionate animal-lover and I am proud to serve as President of the Dogs’ Refuge Home where I have been instrumental in building their brand and facilities over the last six years. This knowledge and understanding greatly assists me when working with other Not For Profit organisations.

What gets me out of bed in the morning?

Usually, it’s because one of my dogs is ready for his walk and the other one wants more room to stretch out! But, besides that, I want to make a positive difference and work with companies I believe in to help them achieve their goals.
